Maple Frosted Blueberry Pancakes
Who said you can only have pancakes for breakfast? These are a quick and easy summer snack that’ll be a sure hit.
Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 Cups complete buttermilk pancake mix
- 1 ¾ cups cold water
- 1 cup blueberries
- 2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
Frosting
- ⅓ cup Pure Maple syrup
- 2 cups confections sugar
- ¼ cup butter softened
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Stir pancake mix and water just until moistened. In another bowl, toss blueberries with flour. Fold berries into batter.
- Transfer to a greased 13×9-in. Baking pan. Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, 15-20 minutes. Cool completely in the pan on a wire rack.
- Beat frosting ingredients until smooth; spread over cooled cake.
