Description
Our Pure Organic Maple Sugar has only one ingredient: our Organic Maple Syrup. We make our sugar in small batches by super-heating our syrup and then stirring it slowly to let the free moisture evaporate off. What remains is a sweet and versatile all-natural sweetener.
Our Favorite Uses:
- Sprinkled on oatmeal, cereal or toast with butter
- As a base in a rub for BBQ ribs
- In coffee as a sweetener
